STEM Mentorship Programs

The InoGen Mentorship Program.

At InoGen, we seek to empower the next generation of young girls in STEM through mentorship. We have built a comprehensive year long mentorship program to train young  girls who are in high school or undergraduate programs with the goal of exposing them to the endless opportunities in STEM. We pair our mentees with driven and passionate mentors in their fields of  interest to guide their career journeys

Mentorship Program core pillars
What we offer

Our mentorship journey

01.

Goal setting:

Our mentees together with their mentors start by exploring how the setting of SMART goals can drive sustainable personal and professional development.

02.

Informational interviews:

Our mentees are engaged in informational interviews with professionals in industries they wish to join. Our mentees get to delve deep into conversations that inform and shape their career journeys.

03.

Capacity building sessions:

We work with our mentees and mentors to identify, develop and strengthen skills and abilities that are crucial to building a successful career in STEM and thriving in this dynamic field.

04.

Book clubs:

We are InoGen and love a good read. As the mentorship community, we read and discuss books traversing genres. We believe reading exposes us to a diverse lived experiences which enhances our STEM journey.
